Customer Services Representative

We are recruiting for a lively and exceptional Customer Services Representative to join our expanding team in Malta.

Department: Customer service
Project Location(s): Currently a remote role due to Covid-19, Malta based in the future
Education: bachelor's degree
Compensation: 20K per annum
Status: closed

Responsibilities

  • Helping our customers with all their enquiries;
  • Clarifying E-Play24 Terms and Conditions when it is needed;
  • Logging tasks in accordance with company guidelines;
  • Helping out Payments & Fraud specialists in upholding the security of the company and preventing fraudulent activities;
  • Advising players on responsible gaming tools and acting proactively on player’s gaming patterns;
  • Escalating and following up customer cases when needed.

Skills/Experience

  • On-line experience in Support / Customer Services;
  • Experience in assisting the customers via email, phone and chat
  • Fast typewriting;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Native Italian speaker and fluent in English;
  • Previous experience in iGaming;
  • Flexible and willing to work daily/evening shifts.
